Instructions for making Payments:

1. Press the “Make Payment” button below
2. Enter the appropriate amount in the box labelled “Unit Price”
3. Click “Update Totals”
4. Proceed through the checkout by entering your credit card information or logging into PayPal.

If you would like to add a note to your payment, you can do so after completing the credit card or PayPal information forms. Simply click the “NOTES TO SELLER” link below the cart and type in your note.
