- An 8.875 % sales tax is applied to all orders from New York State.

- All items at the Bad Brains Official Store are postage paid (Economy mail only).

- If you'd like to request Priority Shipping, there is an option to do so during checkout. Priority Shipping is an extra $5.00 in the United States. We do not ship Priority overseas.

- All prices are in US Dollars (US$). All orders are shipped international economy.

- We do ship internationally. Please select your region in the drop down menu for the correct pricing. If you choose an incorrect price point for your region, we will email you requesting the appropriate additional amount. If we don't receive additional payments for postage within 2 weeks, we will simply refund your original payment.

- We only accept returns on damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items. We will resend your order. We do not give credit or refunds.

- Pack your items in a sturdy package. Enclose a copy of the original invoice with your Return Authorization Number written clearly on it. Also mark the outside of your package with the Return Authorization Number

- We can only exchange unopened items. You must contact us by email within 15 days of day of shipment.
